Sludge Treatment & Resource Recovery

Sludge Dryers

Overview

Belt sludge dryers use low-temperature, energy-efficient convection to reduce dewatered sludge volume and achieve high dry-solids content. Uniform belt distribution, controlled airflow, heat recovery, and enclosed operation deliver stable drying, low dust and odour emissions, gentle material handling, reduced disposal costs, and compatibility with waste heat or renewable thermal sources.

Applications

Municipal Wastewater Treatment

Fine-bubble diffusers provide efficient oxygen transfer for activated-sludge, nitrification, and biological nutrient-removal processes.

Digested and Mixed Sludge

Protect pumps, heat exchangers, digesters, centrifuges, and downstream equipment from blockages and damage.

Septic, Floating and Grease Sludge

Screen difficult sludge streams under pressure while separating and compacting unwanted solids.

Industrial and Process Water

Treat production wastewater, industrial sludge, circulation water, and process water containing coarse materials.
