Water & Wastewater Systems
Mixing System
Overview
Mixing Systems provide highly efficient, low-energy mixing for large tanks using optimized impeller geometry to generate uniform flow throughout the basin. Designed to prevent sedimentation and eliminate dead zones, they improve biological treatment performance, reduce power consumption, and ensure reliable operation in oxidation ditches, equalization tanks, anaerobic, anoxic, and wastewater treatment processes.
Applications
Activated Sludge Treatment
Provides efficient, low-shear mixing in aeration basins and biological reactors to maintain uniform solids suspension and stable treatment performance.
Anoxic and Anaerobic Tanks
Keeps biomass evenly distributed without introducing oxygen, supporting denitrification and biological phosphorus-removal processes.
Industrial Wastewater Treatment
Mixes wastewater containing variable solids and organic loads in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp, paper, and manufacturing facilities.
Large Process Basins
Suitable for energy-efficient mixing in deep or wide tanks where reliable circulation and minimal maintenance are required.
